The parent companies of EPGClear (The Environmental Protection Group and Clear Environmental Consultants) made the strategic decision at the beginning of 2008 to discontinue direct involvement with the joint venture company EPGClear and concentrate future growth within the parent companies. EPGClear has continued to trade under the new ownership of Anthony McCloy (a previous Director of EPGClear) and now operates as McCloy Consulting Limited.
